TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> � DECISION <br /> RE; Petition of Mr. Robert McNutt III for a Special Permit <br /> Case # SP-83-3-009 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Robert McNutt III of Cotuit, Ma. , <br /> for permission to operate a Restaurant on property located on <br /> Lot 58 Route 28, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on February 15, 1983 and February 22 1983 a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, March 2, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Peter Lawrence, Manuel E. Costa Jr. and Virginia T. <br /> Landry. <br /> Mr. Kevin Kirrane representing Mr. McNutt III told the Board <br /> that Mr. McNutt planned to operate a restaurant called the Lobster <br /> Steamer which would serve mainly Lobster & Steamers and a Salad Bar. <br /> Mr. Kirrane also explained that this would be a seasonal restaurant, <br /> with the approximate hours of 11A.M.-IOP.M. <br />
