The plan for the driveway cut shall be submitted to the <br /> Appeals Board after it is finalized by the State Department <br /> of Public Works. The Board may require the removal of the <br /> entrance from the abutting property known as "Terry, Dunning <br /> and Terry" property. <br /> 2. The front area of the restaurant shown on the plan as a patio <br /> shall be enclosed by screening and awning. The awning shall <br /> not be striped and the color shall be of natural tones. <br /> 3 . The sign, its sighting, construction and lighting shall be <br /> approved by the Board of Appeals after the decision of the <br /> Department of Public Works concerning the road cut is made. <br /> 4• No promotional banners, signs, etc. shall be visible from the <br /> : street from the interior of the restaurant or patio area. <br /> 5. No area shall be used as a Drive-up window. Also no take out <br /> area is allowed with access from other than inside the premises. <br /> 6. No tables for the purpose of dinning shall be allowed outside <br /> of the restaurant. <br /> 7. No video games or games of similar nature shall be allowed. <br /> 8. The landscaping shall be completed as per plan prior to the <br /> opening of the restaurant. <br /> r <br />
