The Board feels that the application for a Special Permit <br /> to operate the Marina as a non-conforming use should be granted. <br /> with the following exceptions and conditions: <br /> FirstlK the Board feels that it does not have the permit <br /> granting authority over the dockage, and will leave the decision <br /> of bulkhead and dockage to the Army Corps of Engineers and the <br /> DEQE except for the permits already issued by said Boards. <br /> Secondly, parking spaces for 45 cars shall be provided within <br /> the property boundries. <br /> Thirdly, siding the buildings and roofing shall be completed <br /> on all buildings at the Marina before June 15 of 1983 • <br /> Fourth, at least two dumpsters for use of Marina and customers <br /> shall be available on the premises. <br /> Fifth, no more than 75 boats shall be moored or docked at <br /> this location without approval of the Appeals Board. <br /> c� r <br /> 7 <br />
