WE,RICHARD W.SEWALL and JOAN L.QUINN-SEWALL.in consideration of their <br /> covenant not to construct a dock on Lots 14&15 (more fully described below), grant <br /> to EDWARD A.PALANK and MARTHA M.PALANK. their heirs and successors. an <br /> easement of access to and upon a dock constructed on our property at Lots 12& 13 <br /> Daniel's Island Road. Mashpee,Barnstable County,Massachusetts. <br /> Our property is shown as Lots 12 & 13 on Land Court Plan no. 11408-C and is more <br /> fully described in Certificate of Title no.84570 which is recorded at the Barnstable <br /> Registry of Deeds. <br /> This easement is intended to benefit solely the property shown as Lots 14& 15 on Land <br /> Court plan 11408-C,which property is more fully described in Certificate of Title no. <br /> I 82918. The owners of said Lots 14& 15 cannot grant similar rights to other parties.
