TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Sarah 6 Rebecca Land Co . , Inc . for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-85-10-60 <br /> A Petition was filed by Sarah 6 Rebecca Land Co . , Inc . of Rockport , <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to cluster subdivide <br /> in an R-3 zoning district on property located on Pimlico Pond Road and <br /> John Ewer Road, Map 2 , Parcels 118 b 127 , Mashpee , Massachusetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise , a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on October 9 , 1985 and October 16 , 1985 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday , October 23 , 1975, at 7 : 30 p .m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout : <br /> William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas . <br /> Mr. Kirrane explained that they wish to construct 37 single family <br /> lots . The plan shows 25 . 2 acres of open space , twice as much open space <br /> as required . Mr . Kirrane felt that this was a more efficient use of the <br /> land . The plan shows one exit off of Pimlico Pond Road; in addition to <br /> this there is a road leading to another cluster proposed in Sandwich. <br /> At this time the matter was taken under,gadvisement in order to gather input <br /> from other departments . <br />
