�i After receiving input from the Town Planner , Police Chief , Fire <br /> Chief, Director of Public Works and the Town Engineer the Board felt <br /> ready to vote . On November 13 , 1985 upon motion duly made and seconded <br /> the Board voted to deny this request . The Board denied the request for <br /> the following reason . <br /> 1 . ) The present condition of Pimlico Pond Road is adequate for <br /> the current flow of vehicle traffic . However, construction of a 37 lot <br /> development would greatly increase the number of vehicles on such road <br /> thereby endangering the safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic .
