Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously to <br /> grant the Special Permit subject to the following conditions . <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 1 . ) The Board of Appeals approves the application of Sanford Mass <br /> K and Donald Forte for a Special Permit pursuant to Section <br /> 6 . 3 .
