Mr. Makunas asked if he had. signed that <br /> application. Mir. . Forte said he .had signed that application. Mr. <br /> Kirrane told t}'ne Board that he did_:not fill out the original applicat <br /> but he. felt that they were making the Board fully aware of what they <br /> were going to .rent. <br /> At this time the application was taken under advisement, on <br /> , <br /> May 8 1985, another application for Special. Permit was received by <br /> he—Board—from Sanf ordldass_and _Donald_-Fort.e-forthe_sale__and/_or <br /> rental of televisions, radios, videos and/or audio tapes and other <br /> storage media equipment for the use of those items referred to'.herein. <br /> The proposed sale/rental tapes/films shall not include films with an <br /> "X" rating. <br /> On June 12 , 1985, Mr. Makunas and Mr. Hanrahan voted to deny the <br /> Special Permit because it was their feeling that this was not in the <br /> best interest of the Town. Mr. Costa was not sitting at this time, <br /> but would be given the opportunity to vote at the next ineeting.
