TOWN HALL; MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> p� DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Fields Point Corporation for a Special <br /> Permit Case #SP-86-04-024 <br /> A Petition was filed by Fields Point Corporation of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for permission to operate with <br /> Retail/Office/Restaurant and Residential in a C-1 Zoning <br /> District on property located on Route 28-1065 and Route <br /> 151-20375 Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on April 9 & 16, <br /> 1986, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, April 23, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, Manuel <br /> Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on June 11, 1986 to grant the Special Per- <br /> mit as requested subject to compliance with the following <br /> conditions : <br /> 1. No Building Permits shall issue until the Appli- <br /> cant has submitted Design Review Site and Building <br /> Plans to the Design Review Committee and has re- <br />
