Retail business shall be confined to the sale of firewood, <br /> wood/coal stoves with accessory hardware items-, garden shop <br /> type hardware items, including wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels, <br /> hoses, etc. , landscape materials, including woodchips, bark <br /> mulch, loam, sod, railroad ties, bluestone, garden landscape <br /> timbers and like items, also including the sale of schrubbery, <br /> and water filters to be used in conjunction with typical water <br /> well supply systems. <br /> 2. No dimensional lumber shall be milled or sold on the property. <br /> 3. Applicant is to significantly improve the property to provide <br /> for screening of materials from Route 130 and will provide a <br /> significant amount of landscaping to beautify the property. <br /> 4. A Landscaping Bond shall be posted in the agreed amount of <br /> Francisco Tavares Landscaping, Inc. subject to a review by <br /> the Board of Appeals on the agreed amount. <br /> 5.
