The proposed <br /> uses are permitted, subject to the grant of a Special Permit by this Board, <br /> pursuant to subsections D and F of the By-Laws. <br /> Applicant also requires a determination of the Board as to the need <br /> for a variance and, if deemed necessary, the grant of a variance to vary <br /> sectio 8.7 of the By-Law. <br />
