Sullivan for a Special Permit..Case #SP=87-03-024 <br /> A Petition was filed by John J. Sullivan of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to remove an existing structure and <br /> replace it with an office/banking complex in a C-1 Zoning District on <br /> property located on the corner of Route 28 and Great Neck Road (north) , <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Fal- <br /> mouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the town of <br /> Mashpee on February 25 & March 4, 1987, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, March 11, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Cheryl Hawver and Thomas Sexton. <br /> Information was received that the proposed office complex will be <br /> a one story building, twenty-four feet in height, containing 10,080 <br /> gross square feet floor area. The Board learned the proposed drive-in <br /> banking complex will be a one story building containing 2,020 gross <br /> square feet of floor area. The Board was informed the office/banking <br /> complex will have total lot coverage of 18.5% and will have the re- <br /> quired amount of parking spaces. No retailing for this complex is pro- <br /> posed. Recommendations were received from the Mashpee Planning Board. <br />
