The Board reached the following "Finding of Facts". <br /> rF 1: The proposed dock will be utilized by owners of lots 143 & 144. <br /> 2. Approval in writing was received from New Seabury for construction <br /> of the dock. <br /> 3. Adequate sunlight would be provided between deck planks to nourish <br /> vegetation and shellfish beneath. ' <br /> 4. Recommendations were received from the Conservation and Shellfish <br /> Commissions of Mashpee. <br /> 5. Adequate drainage on the easement must be maintained at all times. <br /> 6.
