TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> e TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> Pegg �0- DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Fields Point Corporation for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-87-01-008 <br /> A Petition was filed by Fields Point Corporation of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit for approval for <br /> the use of building 12 as a drive-in Bank, Banking facility <br /> and associated offices as approved under Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-86-04-024 on property located on Route 28 and Route 151, <br /> Pine Tree Rotary, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on January 14 & <br /> 21, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, January 28, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout : Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and <br /> Cheryl Hawver. <br /> The Board was informed 100% of building 12 will be utilized <br /> as a Bank and associated offices. The Board received informa- <br /> tion that the building will be a two story building, the first <br /> floor will occupy an area of 3, 570 square feet, the second <br /> floor will occupy an area of 3,166 square feet. <br />
