Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on January 28, 1987 to grant the Special <br /> Permit as requested for proposed building 12 which will be <br /> utilized as a Bank with associated offices and two drive-in <br /> facilities, building 12 will occupy an area of 3,,570 square <br /> feet on the first floor for retail and the second floor will <br /> occupy an area of 3,166 square feet .for office sapce. This <br /> space is referenced to documentation specifying type and use <br /> of square footage which was accepted by the Board on October <br /> 8, 1986 under Mashpee Commons Special Permit Case #SP-86-04-024. <br /> The Board found this Special Permit would be in harmony with <br /> the general purpose and intent of the By-Laws. <br /> BY: <br /> MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> IN FAVOR �a+� <br /> M n� uel Costa <br /> IN FAVOR <br /> �Mich&el Maktinas <br /> IN FAVOR <br /> C ery Hawver. <br /> This decision has ,been' duly filed on February 18, 1987 . <br /> with the Town Clerk of Mashpee.
