Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on January 28, 1987 to grant the Special <br /> Permit as requested for proposed building 12 which will be <br /> utilized as a Bank with associated offices and two drive-in <br /> facilities, building 12 will occupy an area of 3,,570 square <br /> feet on the first floor for retail and the second floor will <br /> occupy an area of 3,166 square feet .for office sapce.
