Wasil for a Special Permit renewal Case <br /> #SP-87-01-011 <br /> A regular meeting was held at the Mashpee Town Hall on January 28, <br /> 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, Michael <br /> Makunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on January 14 & 21 , 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> On April 22, 1987 the Board met with Counsel representing the Appli- <br /> cant, to discuss modifications to the conditions of the original Special <br /> Permit renewal . Counsel , representing the Applicant, agreed to sign a <br /> stipulation of dismissal on the current pending litigation. The Board <br /> was in agreeance that the Applicant is required to conform to conditions <br /> of the original Special Permit renewal Case #SP-87-01-011 until a stipula- <br /> tion of dismissal has been filed. <br /> On April 22, 1987, the Board of Appeals upon motion duly made and <br /> seconded voted unanimously to modify the conditions imposed with the <br /> Special Permit renewal of Dick & Ellie' s Flea Market Case #SP-87-01-011 . <br />
