The conditions of this modified Special Permit renewal are to read <br /> as follows: <br /> 1 . The approved landscape, parking and plot plan, which shows <br /> landscaping parking spaces, traffic flow, ingress and egress <br /> from and to Route 28 and the area of the proposed flea market <br /> use shall be followed by the applicant in all respects and <br /> prior to opening for business, the applicant is to notify the <br /> Building Inspector in writing, and he will review the site and <br /> authorize applicant, in writing, to open for business if all <br /> conditions contained in the landscape, parking and plot plan <br /> and in this decision, have been complied with or satisfied. <br /> 2. In lieu of immediate completion of landscaping and other im- <br /> provements as shown on the plans, the petitioner may post a <br /> bond with surety approved by the Board of Appeals or cash <br /> surety, in the amount of $1 ,000.00 in a form acceptable to the <br /> Board conditioned upon the completion of all landscaping not <br /> later than three (3) months from the date of issuance of the <br /> occupancy permit by the Building Inspector. The bond shall <br /> be filed with the Board within two (2) weeks of the issuance <br /> of the building permit. When landscaping and the improvements <br /> are completed, as certified in writing by the Building Inspector <br /> and accepted by the Board, the cash surety shall be returned to <br /> ' Applicant. The cash surety will- be held by the Town Treasurer. <br /> 3. The ApplioaInt must comply with all State and County and Town <br /> Health laws and regulations in the operation of the flea market. <br /> 1 r !L <br /> 4. The Board-of Seleftmen shall-,. at their discretion, require the <br /> Applicant to provide a police officer, during the hours of opera- <br /> tion, and at the applicants expense, to control traffic and park- <br /> ing on-the state layout 6f-Route 28. The Police Officer will <br /> control on site parking and the movement of traffic on and off <br /> the premises. <br /> 5. The hours of operation at the Flea Market shall be within 7:00 <br /> a.m. to 9:00 p.m. each day of operation, except that vendors <br /> may perform necessary setup work from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. <br /> 6. No structures of a permanent nature are to be constructed, <br /> erected, or caused to be placed on the property used in connec- <br /> tion with the flea market. All structures, devices, equipment <br /> and other gear placed on the property for use in connection with <br /> the Flea Market are to be removed at the conclusion of each days <br /> operation. <br /> 7. Up to 25 vehicles may be stored or left on the property between <br /> the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day in an <br /> area located behind Pickwicks Restaurant building as designated <br /> on the site plan. At no time are any vehicles, trailers, campers, <br /> tents, mobile homes, or other similar devices to be used for human <br /> habitation or sleeping during the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. <br />
