8. All parking shall be on-site. <br /> 9. No music is to be played over loudspeakers. <br /> 10. The petitioner shall conform to and comely with the existing <br /> sign code, with prior approval from the Board of Appeals. <br /> 11 . All displays, sales and flea market operations shall be loca- <br /> ted at the rear of the current site of the Mini-Golf and Ice <br /> Cream shop operations. <br /> 12. The Applicant shall erect a stockade fence shielding the dump- <br /> ster or other trash disposal receptacle and the farm tractor. <br /> or any other equipment used in connection with the maintenance <br /> and conduct of the business; so that the same may not be seen <br /> from any road or from any abutting property. <br /> 13. The Applicant shall maintain the site to remove paper, garbage <br /> and other debris from the grounds and shall trim all-.excessive <br /> vegetation, meaning grass shall be mowed and landscaping main- <br /> tained in a neat and orderly manner, and parking areas and routes <br /> of vehicle travel shall be maintained in a neat and hard packed <br /> appearance. The site shall be graded so as to maintain a level <br /> area pitched to drain away from abutting roads and property and <br /> to minimize the pooling of water. The grade of the site shall <br /> be maintained as presently exists and all drainage originating <br /> from the site shall be self-contained on the site. <br /> 14. This grant of Special Permit is not transferable by the Appli- <br /> cant except to members of his immediate family, meaning spouse <br /> and children, and will expire January 1 , 1988. The Applicant <br /> may apply annually thereafter for renewal of this Special Permit <br /> and receive a new grant thereof following public hearing and re- <br /> view of the operation and its impact upon the neighborhood and <br /> the general welfare of the inhabitants of the Town and subject <br /> to the addition, deletion or modification of the limitations <br /> imposed herein. <br /> 15. The grant of this Special Permit is expressly conditioned upon <br /> compliance with the limitations and conditions imposed herein <br /> and in the event of any alleged violation thereof and subsequent <br /> finding by the Board of Appeals, after notice and hearing, that <br /> a substantial violation has willfully occurred, this Special <br /> Permit may be rescinded by unanimous vote of the Board of Appeals. <br /> 16. No food shall be allowed to be served, nor sold within the limits <br /> of the boundaries unless a lessee shall be licensed by the Mashpee <br /> Board of Health to serve food at the restaurant or the outside <br /> booth (hot dog stand) for consumpti.on on premises. No cookies, <br /> cakes, vegetables (excepting home grown by vendor) no surplus <br /> foods (i .e. damaged cans) can be sold for any reason. No home <br /> baked/prepared foods to be sold. + <br />
