8. All parking shall be on-site. 9. No music is to be played over loudspeakers. 10. The petitioner shall conform to and comely with the existing sign code, with prior approval from the Board of Appeals. 11 . All displays, sales and flea market operations shall be loca- ted at the rear of the current site of the Mini-Golf and Ice Cream shop operations. 12. The Applicant shall erect a stockade fence shielding the dump- ster or other trash disposal receptacle and the farm tractor. or any other equipment used in connection with the maintenance and conduct of the business; so that the same may not be seen from any road or from any abutting property. 13. The Applicant shall maintain the site to remove paper, garbage and other debris from the grounds and shall trim all-.excessive vegetation, meaning grass shall be mowed and landscaping main- tained in a neat and orderly manner, and parking areas and routes of vehicle travel shall be maintained in a neat and hard packed appearance. The site shall be graded so as to maintain a level area pitched to drain away from abutting roads and property and to minimize the pooling of water. The grade of the site shall be maintained as presently exists and all drainage originating from the site shall be self-contained on the site. 14. This grant of Special Permit is not transferable by the Appli- cant except to members of his immediate family, meaning spouse and children, and will expire January 1 , 1988. The Applicant may apply annually thereafter for renewal of this Special Permit and receive a new grant thereof following public hearing and re- view of the operation and its impact upon the neighborhood and the general welfare of the inhabitants of the Town and subject to the addition, deletion or modification of the limitations imposed herein. 15. The grant of this Special Permit is expressly conditioned upon compliance with the limitations and conditions imposed herein and in the event of any alleged violation thereof and subsequent finding by the Board of Appeals, after notice and hearing, that a substantial violation has willfully occurred, this Special Permit may be rescinded by unanimous vote of the Board of Appeals. 16. No food shall be allowed to be served, nor sold within the limits of the boundaries unless a lessee shall be licensed by the Mashpee Board of Health to serve food at the restaurant or the outside booth (hot dog stand) for consumpti.on on premises. No cookies, cakes, vegetables (excepting home grown by vendor) no surplus foods (i .e. damaged cans) can be sold for any reason. No home baked/prepared foods to be sold. +
