No music is to be played over loudspeakers. <br /> 10:'t The petitioner shall conform to and comply with the <br /> existing sign code, with prior approval from the Board of <br /> Appeals. <br /> 11. All displays, sales and flea market operation shall <br /> be located at the rear of the current site of the Mini- <br /> Golf and Ice Cream Shop operations . <br /> 12. The applicant shall erect a stockade fence shielding <br /> the dumpster or other trash disposal receptacle and the <br /> farm tractor or any other equipment used in connection <br /> with the maintenance and conduct of the business, so that <br /> the same may not be seen from any road or from any abutt- <br /> ing property. <br /> 13. The applicant shall maintain the site to remove paper, <br /> garbage and other debris from the grounds and shall trim <br /> all . excessive vegetation, meaning grass shall be mowed and <br /> landscaping maintained in a neat and orderly manner, and <br /> parking areas and routes of vehicle travel shall be main- <br /> tained in an neat and hard packed appearance. The site <br /> shall be graded so as to maintain a level area pitched to <br /> drain away from abutting roads and property and to mini- <br /> mize the pooling of water. The grade of the site shall be <br /> maintained as presently exists and all drainage originating <br /> from the site shall be self-contained on the site. <br /> 14. This grant of Special Permit is not transferable by <br /> the applicant except to members of his immediate family, <br /> meaning spouse and children,- and will expire January 1, <br /> 1988. The applicant may apply annually thereafter for <br /> renewal of this Special Permit and receive a new grant <br /> thereof following public hearing and review of the opera- <br /> tion and its impact upon the neighborhood and the general <br /> welfare of the inhabitants of the Town and subject to the <br /> addition, deletion or"modification of the limitations im- <br /> posed herein. <br /> 15. The grant of this Special Permit is expressly condi- <br /> tioned upon compliance with the limitations and conditions <br /> impose herein and in the event of any alleged violation <br /> thereof and subsequent finding by the Board of Appeals, <br /> after notice and hearing, that a substantial violation has <br /> willfully occurred, this Special Permit may be rescinded <br /> by unanimous vote of the Board of Appeals. <br /> 16 . No food shall be allowed to be served, nor sold within <br /> the limits of the boundaries unless a lessee shall be <br /> licensed by the Mashpee Board of Health to serve food at <br /> the restaurant or the outside booth (hot dog stand) for <br /> consumption on premises. No cookies, cakes, vegetables <br /> (excepting home grown by vendor) no surplus foods (i .e. <br /> damaged cans) can be sold for any reason. No home baked/ <br /> prepared foods to be sold. <br />
