J <br /> F <br /> ADDENDUM TO SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> APPLICATION <br /> APPLICANT: GEORGE J. SILVA, TRUSTEE OF THE <br /> FAIMAN-SILVA REALTY TRUST <br /> PROPERTY: LOT 2 FALMOUTH ROAD, ROUTE 28 <br /> This application requires the following action pursuant to <br /> the Mashpee Zoning By-Laws : <br /> 1 . The location of the property is within an industrial zone <br /> and therefore the use is only permitted by special permit. The <br /> t applicant is applying to build a medical office building. See <br /> Table of Use Regulations . Section D. Office and Labratories , <br /> subparagraph 2, page 6-9 and 6-10 of the Mashpee Zoning By-Laws . <br /> 2. A variance is required from the provisions of Section 7 of <br /> the Land Space Requirements , Land Space Requirements Table, Page <br /> 7-2 of the By-Laws, namely, the minimum front yard parking set <br /> back requirement for an industrial lot on Route 28 from the <br /> required 100 feet to 75 feet as per the submitted plan. <br /> 3. A variance is also required from Section 11B, Groundwater <br /> Protection District, Paragraph 5. 2 (h) Permitted Uses , allowing <br /> industrial development, i .e . medical office space provided that <br /> no more than thirty percent of a building lot may be rendered <br /> impervious by building or pavement. <br />
