Silva for a Special Permit Case:SP-88-09-079 <br /> (owner of record: Faiman-Silva Realty Trust) <br /> fA Petition was filed by George J. Silva of Mashpee, Massachusetts for <br /> a Special Permit for permission to build a medical office building in an <br /> I-1 Zoning District on property located at Falmouth Road, Route 28 <br /> (Map 81, Lot 28) Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> September 28 and October 5, 1988, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, October 12, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> 1, William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Counsel for the Applicant presented plans of a two-story building <br /> covering approximately 11,500 square feet to be used for offices, <br /> primarily medical offices. The lot contains 1.34 acres. Information <br /> was received that the building had been approved by the Design Review <br /> Committee. Mr. George Costa, Clerk of the Board of Health, said that the <br /> t Board had no objections. , A letter was received from Nathan S. Ellis, <br /> Superintendent of the Mashpee Water District stating that the permit would <br /> not adversely effect the proposed water supply for the Mashpee Water District. <br />
