BOARD OF APPEALS Melvin and Marcella Bradshaw SP-88-10-095 Page 2. <br /> m _ <br /> The Board of Appeals, after carefully considering all of the facts and <br /> evidence submitted at the hearing made the following findings: The Board <br /> determined that the petitioner failed to meet the conditions necessary for <br /> the granting of a Special Permit.: There was not sufficient evidence presented <br /> showing that the proposed dock would not cause or contribute to the substantial <br /> disruption or degradation of the marine and coastal environment.
