MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Sarah & Rebecca Land Company, Inc. for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-87-05-053 <br /> The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on an Order of Remand from <br /> the Superior Court for the petition of Larry D. Nickulas of Sarah and <br /> Rebecca Land Company, Inc. , who requests permission to cluster subdivide <br /> in a R-3 Zoning District on property located on Pimlico Pond Road and John <br /> Ewer Road, Map 2, Parcels 118 & 127, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on May 13 & 20, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 27, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> Counsel, representing the Applicant, informed the Board that one cen- <br /> tral well site will be installed within the common area of the proposed sub- <br /> division. Three tennis courts are proposed near the well re-charge area. <br /> The Board learned the Applicant will provide an easement for the cul-de-sac <br /> area. A traffic analysis and nutrient loading impactanalysisof Pimlico <br /> and Mashpee-Wakeby ponds were provided to the Board.
