Counsel , representing <br /> I, the Applicant, indicated to the Board that a gift of $100,000.00 shall be <br /> 4 � <br /> bestowed to the Town of Mashpee for improvements to Pimlico Pond Road. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals motioned unani- <br /> mously on July 29, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested with the <br /> stipulation this Applicant comply with the following conditions: <br /> 1 . An easement shall eliminate lot 8 and be replaced with a cul-de-sac. <br /> 2. There shall be no road connection into the proposed subdivision in <br /> Sandwich, located north of the cul-de-sac, unless permission is <br /> obtained from the Mashpee Board of Appeals. <br /> 3. Mr. Larry Nickulas shall fulfill his promise to make a gift to the <br /> Town of Mashpee of $100,000.00, which shall' be utilized for repairs <br /> to Pimlico Pond Road. No building permits shall be issued until <br /> such time as the developer has fulfilled his stated intention of <br /> providing the Town with $100,000.00 for repairs for said road. <br /> 4.
