After the hearing, and based on evidence presented by the Applicant, the Board found that the proposed Modification of the 1� Special Permit is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the Mashpee Zoning By-Law and complies with the general and specific provisions thereof. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on September 28, 1988, to grant the modification of the Special Permit, Case No. SP- 8-09-072 , and hereby modify the Phase lines as shown on the Master Site Development Plan so that they shall henceforth be as shown on j Final Site Development Plan filed with the Petition.
