We found that Lot <br /> 4124 had insufficient frontage to satisfy the minimum lot <br /> frontage requirement . These calculations were done in July of <br /> 1987 and we were involved with additional calculations <br /> pertaining to lots owned by Air . Richard P. Crowley . <br /> We advised ISr . Crowley of the problem in a letter dated <br /> September 2, 1987 . In our letter we had suggested that frontage <br /> from Lots 22 & 23 be used or frontage from Lot 23 alone be used <br /> to solve this problem . Both Lots 22 & 23 have more than <br /> sufficient fronta9e., . . a.H-_ -,ssponded to this letter with a letter <br /> dated September 17 , 1987 . Within this letter Air Crowley <br /> expressed that he did not wish to donate or transfer any land <br /> from Lot 23 . He also stated that Lot 24 was no longer owned by <br /> him.
