BOARD OF APPEALS John Pastuszak V-89-03-39 Page 2. Upon motion duly_ made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on May 10, 1989 to grant a Variance of 5 feet for the sideline setback permitting a setback of 10 feet, a Variance of 7 feet for the front line setback permitting a setback of 18 feet, and a Variance to permit lot coverage of of :1,682 square feet or .2497. The Board .determined that there were circumstances relating to the shape of the lot in question which did not affect generally the zoning district in which the land is located and that a literal enforcement of the By-laws would result in hardship.
