Wasil for a Special Permit Renewal <br /> Case: SP-90-44 <br /> A Petition for a Special Permit renewal was filed by Edward R. Wasil <br /> requesting a renewal of Special Permit Case No. SP-84-03-01, Condition 14. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 4OA. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on <br /> April 9 and April 16, 1990, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, April 25, 1990 at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Cheryl A. Hawver, <br /> William J. Hanrahan and Edward M. Govoni. <br /> Attorney Ron S. Jansson represented the applicant. He informed the <br /> Board that Mr. Wasil had leased the land at 650 Falmouth Road (Map 81, <br /> Block 4) for 1990 with the option of renewing the lease for 1991. <br /> The Board received comments from the Board of Health and suggestions <br /> of amendments to Section 1116. Comments were received from the Chief of <br /> Police stating that the Police Department had no objections to the <br /> renewal of the Special Permit. Comments were received from the Chamber <br /> of Commerce suggesting that vendors apply for individual permits. <br /> Ernest S. Virgilio, Director of Public Works, informed the Board of the <br /> status of Donna's Lane. The Board received a letter from a concerned <br /> citizen of Mashpee in opposition to the application. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Mashpee Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on April 25, 1990 to grant the renewal of the <br /> Special Permit subject to the following conditions: <br />
