The grant of this Special Permit is not transferable by the <br /> Applicant except to members of his immediate family, meaning <br /> spouse and children, and will expire December 31, 1990. <br /> 13. The grant of this Special Permit is expressly conditioned upon <br /> compliance with the limitations and conditions imposed herein <br /> and in the event of any alleged violation thereof and subsequent <br /> findings by the Board of Appeals, after notice and hearing, that <br /> a substantial violation has willfully occurred, this Special <br /> Permit may be rescinded by unanimous vote of the Board of Appeals. <br /> 14. No food products of any type shall be allowed to be sold within <br /> the boundaries of the Flea Market. All food sales shall be <br /> confined to the restaurant, currently known as Fabio's. <br /> 15. All cosmetics and non-prescription medical supplies must be <br /> in the original sealed package or container. No outdated products <br /> or open samples are allowed. Unannounced spot inspections will be <br /> made by the Board of Health agents at any time. <br /> 16. Adequate sanitary facilities shall be made available to the <br /> general public attending the Flea Market. <br /> A minimum of five (5) port-o-johns, exclusive of the permanent <br /> rest room facilities in the restaurant currently known as <br /> Fabio's, shall be maintained on the site in accordance with <br /> Health Department regulations. <br /> 17. Prior to the opening of the Flea Market for 1990 an inspection <br /> of the site shall be conducted by Ernest S. Virgilio, Director <br /> of Public Works, and Douglas S. Boyd, Zoning Enforcement <br /> Officer, to insure that all matters pertaining to this <br /> Special Permit are fulfilled. <br />
