MA 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> AMENDED DECISION <br /> RE: Minor modification to Special Permit Renewal of Edward R. Wasil <br /> SP-90-44 <br /> On May 23, 1990 the Board of Appeals held a public meeting at which <br /> time a letter from Ron S. Jansson, attorney for Edward R. Wasil, was <br /> discussed. Mr. Jansson requested that the Decision include a phrase <br /> on the petitioner's right to renew which had been used in previous <br /> decisions through 1988. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on May 23, 1990 to approve the revision of Section 12 <br /> of the Decision to read as follows: <br /> "12.
