We proposed to use the facility to store <br /> and maintain our own equipment , storage of materials and supplies <br /> ( i . e . steel , timber and miscellaneous hardware ) , fabrication and <br /> subassembly of wood and steel componets , parking of track and wheel <br /> equipment , (i . e . trailers , tractors , line trucks , pick up trucks and <br /> cranes) . <br /> The office area will be used by our office personnel . The <br /> existing site and building area to remain as is . <br /> A portion of the land and building may be leased at a future <br /> date in accordance with the conditions of a Special Permit . <br />
