Mr. Bacigalupi seconded the Motion, but mentioned that he would contact Chief Baker and Ms. Rommelmeyer about the nine month period which had gone by. Members approved 6-0. Other Business Mr. Golub asked if the Finance Committee had received an itemized bill from the Town's Attorneys? Ms. King answered no. He also asked if the Committee received anything from the School Committee in regard to their meetings? Ms. King answered no, but stated that she would contact the new Chairman, Janice Mills. Ms. King also asked if the Finance Committee wished to meet with the School Committee again this summer? Mr. Goggin felt that it was very beneficial to hold regular meetings with the School Committee. Ms. King agreed and stated that she would ask to meet with them during the month of August. The Committee agreed to meet the second and fourth Tuesdays, but to not meet the month of July. Juan Bacigalupi Motioned that the Finance Committee not meet in July. Sid Golub seconded the Motion and members approved 6-0. Ms. Sullivan asked about vehicle inventory. The Chairman agreed that this was a very important item to stay up on. She agreed to contact Mr. Whritenour about an update. Ms. Sullivan left the meeting at 7:45PM, as the Finance Committee agreed to go into Executive Session. Sid Golub Motioned to go into Executive Session to discuss the Executive Session which was held at their joint meeting with the Board of Selectmen. Juan Bacigalupi seconded the Motion and the Committee voted. Ms. King approved. Mr. Goggin approved. Mr. Golub approved. Mr. Bacigalupi approved. Mr. Watt approved. The Committee also agreed that they would not come back into regular session. The regular session adjourned at 7 :45PM. The next scheduled meeting is on August 8, 1995 at 7:OOPM.
