7 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> December 17, 2001 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment to Environmental Management Commission: <br /> Through Executive Order No. 443, Governor Swift has established the <br /> Environmental Management Commission of the MMR. <br /> Recommendations for appointment were requested. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to appoint Selectman <br /> Chuck Green to serve on the Environmental Management <br /> Commission of the Massachusetts Military Reservation. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Green abstained. <br /> Approval of Utility Hearing <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve NStar Plan #10326 <br /> for(1) new pole on Route 130 with the use of a detail officer. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Cemetery Regulations: <br /> Selectman Cahalane opened the Public Hearing on the review and <br /> acceptance of the new Cemetery Regulations for the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Joyce Mason, Acting Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing <br /> notice as published. <br /> Cemetery Building Committee members Fred Blythe and James Morgan <br /> were present for discussion. Selectman Cahalane opened the Hearing to <br /> solicit comment. <br />
