195 Annual Town Meeting Warrant, March 1, 1971 (cont'd) Article .37. To see if the Town will vote to add the following to the Town By-laws, to be inserted after section three Article III, Chapter III, as amended: Section 4. Any other by-law notwithstanding and subject to the further provisions herein, no more than one travel trailer may be stored on any lot ' or parcel of land in any zone of• the town. A travel trailer is defined as a vehicle on wheels. having no motive power of its own, designed to be towed by a motor vehicle, and having facilities for temporary living quarters. Said travel trailer may not be used for human habitation while so stored and must be stored behind the front set -back line of any building or structure on the parcel or lot. If contiguous parcels or lots of land are owned by the same owner, only one travel trailer may be stored on such contiguous parcels or lots. Before a travel trailer is stored as herein provided, a permit must be obtained\from the Board of Selectmen who must find that such storage does not substantially derogate from the zoning by-laws, or materially affect the character of the reiehbo.rhood. Such a permit must be renewed annually and the fee thereforv'shall be two($2.00) Dollars. Any person storing or using a travel trailer in violation of this by-law may be fined up to Fifty ($50.00) Dollars for each offense. Each day's storage or use may be considered a separate offense. Action: Motion made and seconded that article be amended to strike out "and the fee therefor shall be two ($2,00) Dollars." A vote. Motion made and seconded that article be accepted as amended. A unanimous vote. Article 38. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Dog Fund the amount of $617.93 to Mashpee Library Fund or take any other action thereon. ' Action: Motion made and seconded that article be amended to read: To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Dog Fund the amount of $617.93 to Mashpee Library Expense'Account or take any other action thereon. A vote. Motion made and seconded that article be accepted as amended. A unanimous vote. Article 39. To see if the Town will vote to creat the post of Wildlife Officer to be appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Action: Motion made and seconded that article be accepted as read. A vote. Article 40. To see if the Town will. vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,200 for expenses of the Wildlife Officer. Action: Motion made and seconded that article be accepted as read. A unanimous vote. Article 41. To act on any other business that may legally come before said meeting: And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting up attested copies thereof, one at the Town Hall, one at the Post Office, and one each on the bulletin boards, seven days at least before said meeting. 1
