4®1 <br />TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />SPECIAL TOWN MEETING <br />September 28, 1977 <br />THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS <br />Barnstable ss: <br />To the Constable of the Town of Mashpee Greetings: <br />' In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are <br />hereby directed to notify and summons the inhabitants of the <br />Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the elections to <br />meet at the Queen of All Saints Church, Great Neck Road, <br />Mashpee, on Wednesday, September 28, 1977, at seven o'clock, <br />p.m., for the following purposes: <br />The Moderator Frank Leonardi called the meeting to order <br />at 7:00 p.m. A quorum was not present. In attendance: <br />Selectman Kevin D. O'Connell, Town Counsel Joseph Reardon, <br />Town Clerk Bernice Grant, Registrars Jane Labute and Mial Fol- <br />kins, and Henry Godleski, attendant. <br />A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting <br />until Wednesday, November 2, 1977 at 7:00 p.m. A VOTE. <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:06 p.m. <br />And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting up <br />attested copies thereof, one at the Town Hall, one at the Post <br />Office, and one each on the bulletin boards, fourteen days at <br />least before said meeting. <br />Hereof fail not and make returns of this Warrant with <br />' your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place of <br />said meeting. <br />Given under our hands this 12th day of October in the year <br />of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventy-seven. <br />Kevin D.
