413 <br />Special Town Meeting Page 2 December 19, 1977 <br />scribers of the service in an amount of $50,000 to insure the <br />proper maintenance of equipment, or systems, furnished by said <br />commercial enterprise. The bond required herein shall be <br />issued by a bonding company licensed to issue bonds in the <br />Commonwealth of Massachusetts and shall be in effect during <br />the duration of the lease, or service agreement." <br />or take any other action thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 5 to <br />read: <br />"Any commercial enterprise seeking to install leased protec- <br />tive alarm monitoring equipment, or systems, in the Town <br />Police or Fire Department shall be first required to furnish <br />a bond to the subscribers of the service in an amount of <br />$5,000 to insure the proper maintenance of equipment, or <br />systems, furnished by said commercial enterprise. The bond <br />required herein shall be issued by a bonding company licensed <br />to issue bonds in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and shall <br />be in effect during the duration of the lease, or service <br />agreement." <br />A unanimous vote. <br />ARTICLE 6. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the <br />balance of the Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Title II Funds <br />to the Fire Department Wage Account, or take any other action <br />thereon. <br />ACTION: Motion made and seconded to transfer the balance <br />of the Antirecession Fiscal Assistance Title II Funds, <br />$3,225.71, to the Fire Department Wage Account. Motion carried. <br />IMeeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m. <br />And you are directed to serve this warrant by posting up <br />attested copies thereof, one at the Town Hall, one at the Post <br />Office, and one each on the bulletin boards fourteen days at <br />least before said meeting. <br />Hereof fail not and make returns of the Warrant with your <br />doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place of said <br />meeting. <br />Given under our hands this 23rd day of November in the <br />year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventy-seven. <br />Kevin D.
