In the new program, rental Domes <br /> would be purchased and administered by the Mashpee Housing Authority in order to maintain <br /> affordability using CPA monies for down payment costs. The need for such affordable housing in <br /> the.Town has been identified by the Housing Authority and it is apparent due to the lack of <br /> affordable rental units currently on the market. <br /> 4 <br />
