Draft#b September 7,2017 <br /> Explanation:This article would amend the Zoning By-law to allow the issuance of Special Permits <br /> for hotels and motels,only in the C-1 Commercial (Rotary area)zoning district,with up to 4 stories <br /> and 50 feet in height, consistent with design guidelines published by the Cape Cod Commission <br /> for large-scale development. <br /> The Board of Selectmen recommends Town Meeting approval by a vote of x-x <br /> The Finance Committee recommends Town Meeting approval by a vote of 5-0 <br /> Article 19 (D#6) <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-law by amending the Section 174-25 Table <br /> of Use -Regulations Subsection 174-25.F.
