Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> November 15, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Waquoit Meeting Room, Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Planning Board Members Present: Chairman Mary Waygan, Dennis Balzarini, David <br /> Kooharian, Joe Cummings, David Weeden, Robert(Rob)Hansen <br /> Also: Tom Fudala-Town Planner; Charles Rowley-Consulting Engineer <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board meeting was opened with a quorum in the Waquoit <br /> Meeting Room at Mashpee Town Hall by the Chair, at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15, <br /> 2017. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES—November I, 2017 <br /> .MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept the minutes as presented. Mr. <br /> Kooharian seconded the motion. 4 yes, I abstained <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 7:10 Amendment to Planning Board Rules & Regulations Governing the Subdivision of <br /> Land, Section VH.D., adding a requirement for notice to 6 military organizations on <br /> Joint Base Cape Cod for projects located in the "J-BCC Notification Zone" shown on <br /> a map entitled "Joint Base Cape Cod Notification Zone In Mashpee" dated <br /> 91281201'7 <br /> The appointed time having arrived, the Chair read for the record the public hearing notice. Tt <br /> was noted that the hearing notice listed 7:30 as the hearing time, so the Chair moved on to the <br /> Public Hearing Notice for the Special Permit. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue the Public Hearing to 8:05 p.m. Mr. <br /> Kooharian seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> The appointed time having arrived, the Chair read for the record the public hearing notice. Mr. <br /> Fudala stated that language had been inserted in the Board Rules &Regulations Governing the <br /> Subdivision of Land, Section VTI.D. There was no additional comment. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to close the Public Hearing. Mr. Kooharian <br /> seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the amendment to the Board's Rules <br /> & Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land. Mr. Kooharian seconded the motion. <br /> All voted unanimously. <br /> 7:10 Amendment to Planning Board Special Permit Regulations, Section V.G. adding a <br /> new subsection (4) requiring notice to 6 military organizations on Joint Base Cape <br /> 1 <br />
