An existing dumpster site will
be paved and leak proof dumpsters installed. Handicap parking spaces will be relocated to the
left. The chimney will be replaced and the fireplace in its existing location on
the main level will be functioning, Seating capacity maximum was 46, with 25 parking spaces.
The basement will be used for storage.
A food truck would be located on site to provide food, depending upon the permitting process.
Mr. Fudala noted that the Historic District's Commission purview was limited to the outside as
seen from public property. Down lighting will be used for the signage.
Ms. Baird indicated that she liked that the building's exterior and character were being
maintained and inquired about plans for landscaping. Ms. Baird seconded the motion.
Mr. Fudala inquired whether the Commission wished to approve with any conditions.
