A Petition for a Comprehensive Permit under M.G. L. Chapter 40B was filed with the Town Clerk and received by the I lashpee Zoning Board of Appeals (the Board)on January 15, 2015 (the Petition . The Petitioner seeks to construct three-:bedroom, single-family hone and an 8x10 foot shed on the Property. The Petitioner is seeking relief from the ZoningBy-laws: §174-9, §14-2 , 174-28, and §174-31. Also seeking relief from the General Bir-laws: §150-3, §3.01 and §3.02. 2. Notice was duly given to abutters. Notice was given by publication in The 1lashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Torn of Mashpe , on January 23, 2015. and January 30, 2015, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. . The Board's hearing on the Petition was opened on February 11, 2015. After deliberation, the Board also closed the hearing on February 11, 2015.
