considered. Mr. McManus agreed to provide the information from the last cases reviewed. Mr. <br />Weeden expressed his concern about encroachment on the wetlands. Mr. McManus responded that he <br />did not wish to weaken the bylaw but did not want a resident to sit through a meaningless process if <br />separate criteria was not being used. The Chair wished to discuss the issue again on January 4. <br />Charles Rowley Billings for November 2016 -Invoices were received in the amount of $485 <br />for regular Planning Board services and $2851$298 for Southport. <br />MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to pay Mr. Rowley up to $298 for Southport. Mr. <br />Cummings seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br />MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to pay Mr. Rowley $485 for regular Planning Board <br />services. Mr. Weeden seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br />The vouchers were signed. <br />Road Takings <br />MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion by roll call vote to add signatures of the road taping <br />plans for Windsor Way, Tudor Terrace, Sheffield Place, Victoria Circle, Saxony Drive and <br />Leeward Lane to the agenda. Mr. Weeden seconded the motion. <br />Mr. Weeden, yes; Mr. Balzarini, yes; Chairman Mary Waygan, yes; Mr. Cummings, yes <br />Road taking plans for Windsor Way, Tudor Terrace, Sheffield Place, Victoria Circle, <br />Saxony Drive -Mr. Fudala reported that the plans for the large group of roads had been amended by <br />Baxter Nye to include the dimensions of the drainage easesments, available from the original <br />subdivision plans. The Chair summarized that these were the plans accepted at Town Meeting with the <br />Planning Board's recommendation and condition that the dimensions be added. The Town Meeting <br />vote date must be added to the plans, if needed, by the surveyor. <br />MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to vote to sign the plans. Mr. Cummings seconded the <br />motion. All voted unanimously. <br />Planning Board members signed the plans. <br />Road taking plans for Leeward Lane -Mr. Fudala reported that Baxter Nye did not include <br />the dimensions of the drainage easement on the plans. There was reference to the drainage easement <br />with location plan 427, page 42 and Mr. Fudala confirmed that it was a reference to the original <br />subdivision after consulting with the Assessor's office. <br />MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to sign the road taking plans for Leeward Lane. Mr. <br />Cummings seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br />Planning Board members signed the plan. <br />Old Business <br />Report on Status of Greenway Project -The Chair reported that Mr. Rowley drafted a scope <br />of work for the RFP and no comments had been received. The Chair planned to contact the Town <br />Manager's office in order to issue the RFP and receive feedback for early winter. Mr. McManus <br />
