referenced US Fish & Wildlife and a conservation restriction of a parcel that would be part of the trail <br />which would require proper approval. <br />Community Preservation Committee -The Chair distributed copies of applications received, <br />two from Friends of the Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge and one from the Wampanoag Tribe, The <br />Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge wished to document the creation and history of the refuge, as well <br />as create a trail map. The Wampanoag application requested funds in the amount of $120,000 to build <br />a facility on Sampson Mill Road, which may not be an eligible use of CPA funds. There was <br />discussion about the application. The Chair will forward CPA fund regulations to Mr. Weeden.
