✓tom LST "" <br />Minutes of Combined Meeting of <br />Mashpee Design Review Committee and <br />Mashpee Plan Review Committee <br />Held Tuesday, May 19, 2015 <br />Mashpee Town Hall – Waquoit Meeting Room <br />Design Review Members Present: Joseph Cummings and Jonathan Furbush <br />Plan Review Members Present: <br />Catherine Laurent, DPW Director <br />Michael Mendoza, Building Commissioner <br />Joyce Mason, Town Manager <br />John Phelan, Deputy Fire Chief <br />Scott Carline - Police Department <br />Glen Harrington, Health Agent <br />Audience: Sam Houghton – Mashpee Enterprise <br />Michael Mendoza called the meeting to order at 9:05 a.m <br />117 Industrial Drive <br />Clipper Landscape request for a landscape yard <br />Owner/Agent – Mashpee Economic Development <br />& Industrial Corporation <br />Architect/En ineer – BSS Design, Inc. <br />Tom Bunker (SSS), Steve Haddad (reactor), Mike Szarlan, and Dan McLaughlin were present. Tom <br />Bunker addressed the meeting. Highlights discussed included the following: <br />• Client now owns the property. <br />• Showed Site Plan and surrounding area. <br />• Showed current location of fire hydrant. <br />• Meeting with Planning Board tomorrow night. Plan shown is predicated on Planning Board <br />approval of the change of reduction of the cul-de-sac and building location. <br />• Building will be 75' back. <br />• Mr. Bunker said they show Signage on layout Plan. <br />• Showed parking -12X14 size plenty room for pick-up trucks to be parked there to haul <br />equipment. <br />• Explained drainage/storm water flow. <br />• Compost not food waste --grass clippings, leaves, etc. <br />• Temporary brush pile. <br />• Showed utilities Plan. <br />• Pointed out location of septic system. <br />• Dumpster location near building. Glen Harrington asked whether they'd need recycling. <br />Response was "no". <br />
