Committee Comments <br />Mike Mendoza (Building) <br />Mike cautioned that use of chipper at weekends may create noise that might be an issue with <br />residential neighbors abutting the property. The applicant said they do 99% chipper work at the job <br />site. Mike said he was just mentioning to make them aware before any issues would arise. <br />Glen_ Harrington (Board of Health) <br />» Dumpster to be on pavement; and to have enclosure. <br />• On drainage/retention — need sub -surface component so there is no standing water. Also <br />need contract with landscaper to grade out the bio-swales so they don't fill up with standing <br />water. <br />• Board of Health to review for Septic approval. <br />• Industrial tight tank — They said they are using fiberglass tank. <br />John Phelan (Fire Department) <br />John will check since Fire Department may have concerns about dumpster being against the building. <br />CONCLUSION Motion: Catherine Laurent motioned to recommend to the Planning Board that they <br />approve the modification to the subdivision Plan which would allow the building and activity to be <br />further from the adjacent residential property. This motion was seconded by Glen Harrington. The <br />motion was unanimously passed by Pian Review and by Design Review. <br />Signage <br />Applicant presented proposed signage that is 20 square feet. However, sign location to be decided. <br />Motion: Jonathan Furbush motioned to approve the sign as presented for 117 Industrial Drive for the <br />Clipper Landscape request conditioned on final approval of the location of the sign presented. <br />Joseph Cummings seconded the motion; and the motion was unanimously approved by Design <br />Review. <br />Joyce Mason exited the meeting. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Catherine Laurent motioned to approve the minutes of the Design Review and Plan Review combihdd <br />meeting of April 7, 2015. Scott Carline seconded the motion; and the motion was approved by <br />Catherine Laurent, Michael Mendoza, and Scott Carline. <br />Catherine Laurent motioned to approve the minutes of the Design Review and Plan Review combined <br />meeting of April 21, 2015. John Phelan seconded the motion, and the motion was approved by Plan <br />Review members present except Scott Carline, who abstained. <br />FA <br />
