OLD BUSINESS: <br /> : <br /> Breezv Acres Expansion Pro'ect: hers. Botsford had previously distributed the Breezy Acres Expansion <br /> Monthly report, dated January 2, 2812. The board also reviewed the draft letter that Adrienne Danner <br /> wishes to submit to the town requesting for DRI (Development of Regional Impact) monies totaling <br /> $168,500. The board did not see a problem with requesting the money. <br /> Update on Community Preservation Committee application for Housing Assistance Program: Mrs. Botsford <br /> reported that she attended the CPC meeting on the 3rd and they voted to fund the program as requested <br /> at$100,000 per year for a three-year period. A copy of the letter from the CPC was distributed. Mrs. <br /> Botsford stated that she is busy with starting to write the program guidelines for the program, as well as <br /> documents and a data base. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> DHCD Certifications: Mrs. Botsford distributed DH D`s public notice 2012-01 along with the certifications <br /> A H D is requiring. After reviewing there, all members present, as well as Mrs. Botsford, signed therm. <br /> Mrs. Botsford will mail to DH D. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mfrs. Botsford provided the board with a copy of the than <br /> you cards received by Gina Orlando, Carol Mitchell{ and Alice Eld with regards to holiday bonuses. She <br /> also distributed copies of the letter she sent to Peabody Properties extending the contract for one more <br /> year and terminating it December 31, 2012. She made the decision to extend for one year based on <br /> conversations with MHI . Mrs. Botsford also provided the board with a copy of a letter from DHCD dated <br /> December 6f 2011 regarding the award of funds to connect the existing units at Breezy Acres. The <br /> Contract for Financial Assistance should be forthcoming. S <br /> NEXT MEETING: The net meeting will be held on Thursday, lurch 81 2012 at :00 PM. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT: A motion was rade by Mr. Harsch and seconded by Mr. Sha kett t <br /> adjourn.
