The motion was adopted. <br /> TREASU ER"S REPORT: <br /> F T: <br /> Budget to Actual Report: Mrs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepared by the fee <br /> accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining the variances. The report is based on the budget <br /> that was approved by DHD in December. <br /> Accounts Parables: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants for signature. The warrants for signature <br /> tonight are for the months of November and December 2011 and total as follows: For November: <br /> $29,295.82 for 4001, $6,456.00 for Section 8, $19,385.08 for MRVP, and $50,0 26-68 for Asher's Path <br /> Apartments. For December: $46,6070.78 for 4001, $6,456.00 for Section B, 181193.00 for MRVP, and <br /> $31,527.51 for Ash is Path Apartments. <br /> Dent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford reported that vire have all rents paid in full at Asher"s Path and <br /> Hor ever village. We also currently have 100% occupied at all developments. Today she went to court <br /> for the eviction of the resident at Breezy Acres who has not paid rent. We received a default judgment <br /> and expect to have possession in about 3 weeks. motion was made by Mr. Harsch and seconded <br /> by Nor, Shackett to accept the treasurer's report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRE T FUS REPORT: <br /> Mrs. Botsford stated that she had mailed her report to the board for the months of November and <br /> December and she added the following as an addendum to her report: <br /> • I also attended the joint meeting with the Selectmen, Affordable Housing Committee, members of <br /> the Community Preservation Committ e which vias,led by the Cape Cod Commissxon's housing <br /> specialist, Paul Fuchinslas. <br /> • I also attended the electmen"s meeting Monday night to offer statistics, as requested by the <br /> Chairman of the Mashpee Affordable Housing Committee. They are starting the process to gain <br /> the tern's support for a piece of land —950 Falmouth Road —to be given for an affordable <br /> housing development. This may want to be a topic for discussion at a future meeting. <br /> • The Auditors were here last week for the annual Asher"s Path financial audit. They should be <br /> finishing up within the net fever weeks. <br /> 0 I'm done the 1r-2s and started processing the 1099s. They will all be out by the end of the <br /> month. <br /> • We received written confirmation from DHCD that they will be contributing to the cost of tying in <br /> the existing Chapter 705/Breezy Acres apartments into the septic treatment system when the <br /> Breezy Acres Expansion is built. That part of the job will have to be publicly bid, per procurement <br /> lave, so I will be handling that. A CFA (Contract for Financial Assistance) will need to be <br /> approved and signed by the board, but DHD hasn't sent it to me yet. <br /> It was stated that if the Affordable Housing Committee wants Mrs. Botsford to provide <br /> information/statistics thea that would be fine, but if it gets to the point where they want assistance with <br /> an RFP, we would need to discuss the impact of this work on the executive director. <br /> i <br /> Page f <br />
