A <br /> motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Ms. Allen to accept the minutes a <br /> presented. The notion was adopted. <br /> TREASURER'S ER'S DEPORT: <br /> .Budget to Actual Report: firs. Botsford presented the budget to actual report, prepared by the fee <br /> accountant, and reviewed it with the board, explaining the variances. The report covered 11 months of <br /> fiscal i ra r 2012, <br /> Accounts Payables: firs. Botsford presented the warrants for signature. The warrants for signature <br /> tonight are for the month of May 2612 and total as follows: $30,332.64 for 4001, $6,464.00 for Section <br /> B, $16,643.00 for MRVP, and $32,663.43 for Asher's Path Apartments. <br /> Rent Delinquencies: Mrs. Botsford reported that all residents have paid in full and we also currently have <br /> 100% occupied at all developments. <br /> A motion was made by Mr. Laporte and seconded by Mr. Shackett to accept the Treasurer's <br /> Report as presented. The motion was adopted. <br /> EXECUTIVE DII ECT I 'S REPORT: <br /> F T: <br /> Mrs. Botsford provided members with her written report for May and added the following report: <br /> 0 Spectrum carne on Juno 4 to do their Tac Credit file and property review. There were no <br /> findings, which was a huge accomplishment. <br /> • Last month, we were awarded our second Outstanding Agency Award from MassNAHRO for our <br /> collaboration to build the Breezy Acres Expansion Project. <br /> 0 One of our Capital Improvement projects is totally complete and I've submitted a request to <br /> DHD for reimbursement. <br /> 0 1 requested permission from MassHousing to raise rent at Asher's Path by 010 starting <br /> September 1. When that approval comes in, notices will be sent to residents. <br /> ! I've arranged for Smoking Cessation programs to be hold in the fall for those residents interested <br /> in quitting smoking. An announcement will go into the newsletters this month. <br /> Election of Officers: <br /> The Chairperson announced the opening of nominations for election of Chairperson of the <br /> Board of Commissioners for the Mashpee Housing Authority. A motion was made by Mr. <br /> Shackett and seconded by Nis. Allen to nominate Richard Halpern as Chairperson. <br /> The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Ms. Allen and seconded by <br /> Mr. Halpern to nominate Fran Laporte as Vice-Chairperson, The motion carre l <br /> unanimously.
