and a motion was made by Mr. Shackett and seconded by Ms. Allen to adopt the updated <br /> Remote Participation Policy as drafted, The motion carried. <br /> i <br /> COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Botsford provided the board with a copy of a letter <br /> she sent to Paul Nixon at DHCD regarding the potential elimination of the project based MRVP vouchers. <br /> Mrs. Botsford also mentioned that she discussed the situation with Representative Vi ira and he also sent <br /> a letter to DHCD supporting our position. A copy of that letter was provided to the board as well. In <br /> addition, a response from TCB Mashpee Village was thea rade and the board members were provided <br /> with a copy of that, as well. Mrs. Botsford also provided a copy of a letter to Governor Patrick requesting <br /> that Mr. Laporte's terra be extended. Since thea, they have requested an updated resume, which Mrs. <br /> Botsford did forward to them. A thank you letter was received from T1s. Carol Mitchell, thanking the <br /> authority for her pay raise. <br /> NEXT MEETING: Thursday, September 1 , 2012 at : o PSI unless changed beforehand. <br /> Mr. Shackett stated to Mrs, Botsford that she was doing a-great job and to beep up the good wor . <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT: A notion was made by Mr. Shackett and seconded by Mr. Marsch t <br /> adjourn.
