r' • r
PIANNING BOARD MINUTES : 2-84 Cont 'd . Pa 6
Mr.. Jonas arra Mr. Collins both said the plan. looked fine to them, Mr.
Rowley stated It appears that it was stretching the definition of
cluster but conforms according to the basic requirements for Submission.
A tty. Dunning said another configuration had shown the road laved out
in a different manner and he said more lots could still b.e l y d out
and still be in conformance but they thought- this plan was more desirable ,
Mir. Row- ley still felt it wasn O t grouped in a cluster as it was one
contiguous lot after another.
Mr. Nylen stated they would have the drainage on the definitive plan,
There was a question regarding the. open space as it's not considered
good for building purposes and so they weren't giving anything up.
Mr. Nylen said the guidelines in the zoning, by-laws are rather minimal
and this was the most attractive space as they would use the existing
trails and old dike as part of it,
Atty. Dunning said they were going before the Board of Appeals on the
16th and they were hoping for an approval from this Board tonight.
Mr. Dubin said he felt the concept was fine but he didn't know about
the technical aspects , but it seemed to fit the bill of the zoning
by-law.
Mr. Rowley said he would have. a report at the next meeting regarding
the engineering aspects , The petitoners agreed to return on 5116.
Petitioner: Ed Grogan
Submitted by3 Atty. Mike Dunning
Type of Plan: Approval Not Required
Location: Meetinghouse Rd
Fee : $310-00
Richardson Jonas abstained from this petition.
Atty.. During stated they had submitted this plan in February and the
Board had requested some changes, They asked to see all lots in the
subdivision. He said he feels this plan complies with the requests the
Board rade at the earlier meeting. The plan consisted of 34 lots .
The Board voted unanimously in favor of the plan. They paid $310
they had a $200 credit from the last time,
Petitioner Robert McNutt, owner; Roberts Rly Trust, Builder
